I'm not sure how I missed this autopkgtest wrinkle earlier, but AIUI the
proper fix would be to give the *test* an architecture restriction;
adjusting the binary package's architecture would merely result in
(minor) duplication within the archive.

I do apologize for having to limit effective architecture availability
here, but the code's dependency on VDB left me no choice.
