I've just limited also the Java package to the said architectures in the
just uploaded package.  No matter whether the Java package would run in
principle on architectures like armel or not - content wise its
perfectly sensible to not pretent that the usage of this package makes
sense in any way on it.  Thus I think the restriction is sensible.
