This problem was introduced by:

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/sphinx-bootstrap-theme/-/commit/974f47fade1fa7de53c9dd1ec152536d7119942c

It's clearly wrong to stop installing the js/font files here; they are
exactly what makes the theme work.  Arguably the package should be using
js/font files from existing Debian packages, but that's another issue
and there's a bug for it.
