Indeed, pyfastx appears neither in red nor green on the transition
tracker [1], so it was not scheduled for a binNMU.

Please check why python3-pyfastx does not gain the expected versioned
dependencies on python3 when rebuilt with Python 3.13 as a supported
version.  If that can be fixed by an upload, then a binNMU will not be
needed for this transition, but will be possible in future.
