Hi Graham,

Thanks for looking into the Python 3.13 transition.  This
particular issue feel like pyfastx hasn't been rebuilt for
Python 3.13:

> 137s from .metadata import read_metadata # noqa: F401
> 137s augur/io/metadata.py:5: in <module>
> 137s import pyfastx
> 137s E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyfastx'

Perhaps this can be solved by a binNMU or a source-only upload
of pyfastx?
