profphd which are not in unstable.

Should they be dropped or changed?

I see that https://tracker.debian.org has information on the not
available packages:

- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/blast2 (returns 404, never been in
  Debian?)
- https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/profphd (removed in 2021)
