Does it really break that version? Than a versioned Breaks is 
appropriate. With that Breaks in place the migration software will 
schedule the test with both packages from unstable. If this is a test 
only problem than the same will work to but you might consider that the 
wrong solution in that case. From what I hear you say is that the Breaks 
is the right thing to do.
