I don't think so? Since I explicitly removed those files from the
repository, see

Or do you think it's not a good to do that because GitHub still has
those, and it's better to restore them and instead use Files-Excluded tag?

It's likely, but the timing is not sure, sometimes they solve things
within a week, sometimes it takes months...
