I was a bit surprised to see libzeep being uploaded. I prepared a new 
package in salsa but that depended on libzeem which was in NEW.

When libzeem was accepted Andreas Tille was very quick in uploading 
libzeep. But I guess this should have officially gone through NEW as 
well since there is an SONAME change.

On the other hand, as far as I know no other packages depend on libzeep 
at this moment in Debian. Which is a big shame of course. :-)

Anyway, I'll have a look at this.
