[Debian-med-packaging] libdicom_1.3.0-1~0exp1_multi.changes REJECTED

Thanks for your diligence on this package. I noticed a slight slip
in `debian/copyright`. The file `data/test_files/sm_image.dcm`
contains the embedded string "Copyright (c) 1998 Hewlett-Packard
Company". However, this is not reflected in `debian/copyright`,
which only relies on a `Files: *` catch-all for "2021 Markus D.
Herrmann".

Please clarify the copyright situation with this file and ensure the
copyright claims are accurate.
