[Debian-on-mobile-maintainers] hexagon-dsp-binaries for DebianOnMobile

Hi!

My upload of hexagon-dsp-binaries was accepted into trixie-backports
today, so I tried to push the tag to the new location. That fails
because apparently it's a protected tag. What's your workflow here,
please? I can't see the project settings on Salsa as I'm at "Developer"
access level.
