Ah right, our permission set for team repos is as follows:
* only "Maintainer" users can push to protected branches/tags
* protected branches are debian/*, upstream/* and pristine-tar
* protected tags are debian/* and upstream/*

I upgraded your permissions to Maintainer so you can now push those tags.
