[Debian-pan-maintainers] Bug#1094706: xrayutilities: FTBFS with numpy 2.x: `np.asfarray` was removed in the NumPy 2.0 release

The actual bug looks to be in lmfit-py not in xrayutilities. With an 
upgraded lmfit-py package from experimental, this bug is not observed, 
with the package building successfully and autopkgtest tests passing.

lmfit-py version 1.3, now in experimentl, is needed for numpy 2 
compatibility, it needs a newer python-asteval also now in experimental. 
Hopefully the pseudo-excuses for these packages will give some 
confidence that there is no unintended breakage from upgrading them.
