[Debian-pan-maintainers] Bug#1101429: jupyterlab: missing four files from upstream distribution

While trying to package nbdime, I looked at (node-)jupyterlab for
help, and discovered along the way that there are four files in the
distributed wheel file on PyPI (in the data section) that are not in
the Debian package:

etc/jupyter/jupyter_notebook_config.d/jupyterlab.json
etc/jupyter/jupyter_server_config.d/jupyterlab.json
share/applications/jupyterlab.desktop
share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/jupyterlab.svg

The first two would presumably be reasonably important to include; the
other two would be nice to include.
