Ok. The equivalences are that: same result. It also works until the "[
75%] Running gtkdoc-scangobj" when a process "./Ufo-scan" starts using
one core and doesn't look to finish in a near future.

I see the same stall state compiling the sources directly and I've
decided to write "matze" (@github) as he is labelled as the "upstream
contact". I like to understand how to finish the compilation correctly
from github sources and I think I have a clear idea now about what to do
to have a debian package.

The process is not complicated, only that one have to learn what each
step does and distinguish between when the issue one have is from the
packaging or the sources themselves.
