Hi Neil,

our hardworking trainees added a note to your package:

  The LICENSE file mentions  "Copyright  2010  Matthew Newville, The University of
  Chicago"  but d/copyright omits The University of Chicago.

  Also, there are no dates for the Copyright in d/copyright.

  File epics\motor.py says:
  Author:         Mark Rivers / Matt Newville
  and no copyright statement. Mark Rivers should be listed in d/c.

  Same for file epics\multiproc.py : Author:         Ken Lauer.

  versioneer.py is by Brian Warner and is License: Public Domain, not listed in d/c.
