[Debian-pan-maintainers] orange-sepctroscopy launcher

Hi Roland,

it seems that the Orange3-Spectroscopy launcher is named "Orange Data 
Mining". A mention of Quasar and/or Spectroscopy would be more 
appropriate. Perhaps "Orange Spectroscopy/Quasar"

The launcher is stored in /usr/share/applications/applications instead 
of /usr/share/applications/

The location should be fixed.
