[Debian-pan-maintainers] Progress on bokeh?

Hi Roland and Frederic,

I've found some unfinished debian/ dir.  I did NOT tested it since touched it last
time.  Feel free to fully take over maintainership (also removing all instances of
my name in debian/c* files.
