Problems were discovered in Chromium, no audio or video with WebRTC

There is a patch for libsrtp here that resolves the issue:

Need to:

a) look at making some solution widely available (e.g. an upstream
chromium fix or getting a fixed libsrtp into jessie and wheezy)

b) update the warning about this issue on https://rtc.debian.org
