[Debian-rtc-admin] Bug#803123: allow SIP address forwarding

Provide a field in LDAP where people can specify another SIP address.
The SIP proxy should forward the user's calls to the other address.

As a workaround, people can register to the SIP proxy specifying the
contact address of their choice.
