[Debian-salsa-ci] Salsa-CI adoption rate

Hi!

Did you all know that the popularity of salsa.debian.org is graphed at
https://trends.debian.net/#vcs-hosting?

I would also like to see some stats on how many packages run Salsa-CI,
and how many have Salsa-CI actually passing for the majority of the
time. I am not sure it trends.debian.net is the best place for it, but
since salsa.debian.org itself does not have a metrics portal I decided
to file https://salsa.debian.org/lucas/debian-trends/-/issues/2 and
see what is Lucas' response.
