[Debian-salsa-ci] Suggestion to rename Salsa CI wiki page from "SalsaCI" to "SalsaCi"

What do you think about Salsa-CI instead? Only reason I suggest that is
because CI is an acronym already, so making the i lowercase may not make
the most sense.
