[Debian-salsa-ci] Suggestion to rename Salsa CI wiki page from "SalsaCI" to "SalsaCi"

Thanks for the feedback and suggestion.

If we renamed it to Salsa-CI then the page will be found if we search
for "Salsa CI", but it won't be found if we search for "SalsaCI" without a
whitespace between "salsa" and "ci" there is a good chance that some people
will not include a whitespace during search as not including whitespaces is
a common naming format across debian wiki pages.

I agree that it may not make the most sense to make the i lowercase in
terms of being an acronym, but I think having a more search-friendly
name is more important.
