[Debian-salsa-ci] Stop KGB notifications on IRC/Matrix channel?

Hi!

Recently the salsa-ci channel has become more active with posts from
Timo, vimer, Fantu, md etc. It is however difficult to follow the
discussion due to all the KGB notifications flooding the channel.

Should we disable KGB, or decrease the scope of notifications?

I edited now https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/pipeline/-/hooks/104170/edit
to disable at least 'comments' from it. It should be enough
information to have posts about commits, issues and merge requests.
