Personally, I'd focus my attention on other needs.  Speeding the
pipelines depends mostly on the salsa admins.  I could give you some
thoughts below anyway.

!569 would help a little.  There are still issues to be solved and I am
happy to have help on that.

And probably the piuparts jobs can be revisited and rewritten.

See the discussion about autopkgtest during the DC25 BoF.  The way how
we do autopkgtest could be improved. Single autopkgtest may end up being
faster, but I'd love to add more autopkgtest-related jobs on some
pipelines...
