[Debian-salsa-ci] Bug#1111331: git-debpush: check if CI passed before tagging

Hi!

I noticed nobody here posted any comments on
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1111331 to second my
suggestion. Would it not be pretty sensible to have a check that Salsa
CI passed before attempting upload to Debian?
