[Debian-salsa-ci] Can Salsa CI help decrease the number of rejects in NEW?

Hi,

Running the above mentioned commands `lrc -l` and `cme check
dpkg-copyright` would make a lot of sense, as the site
https://dfsg-new-queue.debian.org/ already advertises them, and both
commands emit exit codes and verbose output if they find easily
testable issues that the maintainer needs to address.

What other commands should a CI job run?

If you provide the exact commands you recommend maintainers and CI
jobs to run, we can easily implement a new Salsa CI job for it that
will fail if any of the commands emit a non-zero exit code.
