[Debian-salsa-ci] GSoC project prposal is open for this year

Hi!

I will probably be traveling this summer in offline places, so not
sure if I can commit to GSoC mentoring. I am happy to mentor a mentor
or be a backup for someone else.

iterate on them:

- Develop Lintian / Perl
- Develop Lintian-brush / Rust
- Develop UDD / Ruby

  * Track use of Salsa CI and passing status based on

and UDD stats as listed in

  * Create a dashboard to show how many packages are outdated or how
many days since there was a new upstream release:

- Develop Salsa Stats / NodeJS/React
  * List number of Salsa accounts on salsa.debian.org and general
resource usage of Salsa (not CI, we have that already)

Maybe also the new DFSG team could use help in building up more
automation for NEW reviews so it can scale better?
