[Debian-salsa-ci] GSoC project prposal is open for this year

Hello Salsa-ci team,

We have registered as an Org for the current GSoC program. Will you be
submitting any project proposals or plan to mentor this year as
well. I remember, Otto chunked to small project ideas and which
couldn't get interns last year. If you want, I could move that to this
year's list.
