I am not sure to understand the question.
The current problem is that Scilab 5.0 needs Jeuclid 3.1 to build the
help. Jeuclid is not in Debian and needs Batik 1.7, xmlgraphics-common
1.3 and fop 0.95 (batik is the only dep available ... and only in Debian
experimental).

However, I may make them available on a dedicated repository until it is
available in Debian unstable.
