Hello,

  I've recently added tkgate & herb to SVN. So, I've changed the 
  copyright files for both packages to be machine-readable, I hope 
  someone would check them and give me feedback.

  Another thing, I have been working on a package for an RFC 2229 
  compliant modular dictionary server called dico (WNPP bug #522368), 
  does that fit under the linguistics packages ?
