Thanks Andreas, I hadn't thought about this potential conflict.  I'll
set up the conflict accordingly.

One thing though: do you mind if we downgrade the severity temporarily?
There's a big transition about to happen with hdf5, petsc, slepc, hypre,
mumps, gmsh, and removing illuminator from testing, all in the works
since early December.  This should all go in early next week, I'd hate
to hold up further uploads of all of the other packages for yet another
week.
