Bug#683226: mpich2: Segfaults if ssh is not available

Thanks for the bug report, Michael.  This was already fixed in the 
MPICH2 trunk, but perhaps after 1.4.1p1 was released.  In any case, it 
should appear in the next release -- mpich2-1.5.
