Indeed, but as Debian is frozen I think applying this patch to 1.4.1 and
asking for an unblock by the release team is warranted.

The alternative would be to add openssh-client to mpich2's Depends (and
similarily ask for a freeze exception).

Also, I wonder whether this bug should be release critical as it pretty
much renders mpich2 useless unless an additional undeclared package
(openssh-client) is installed.
