I suggest the diff below for blitz.info, it fixes the dir entry and also
fixes the image file links.  This would be after any "makeinfo".  I see
some bits in debian/rules try to avoid regenerating the .info, or some
such.  The image files fix can't be easily applied to the .texi

I think I would rename debian/libblitz0ldbl.info to
debian/libblitz-doc.info to have it in the doc package instead too.

(I arrived at this from the image file links bit, which is lintian
"info-document-missing-image-file" check I recently contributed. :-)
