Bug#687165: any hope to have slepc 3.4.2 packaged?

Hi Christophe,

please, don't get me wrong. I do really appreciate your work on
the package and I will be glad to sponsor it further, if you need
that.

I just wanted to notice, that both of these packages should really
be updated. If somebody will need to NMU one of them, it can be
really difficult to do it.

Slepc_3.4.2 in NEW queue.
