Boost needs help

Yes.  Strangely sometime after I sent the "help boost" message to the mailing 
list, my originally-rejected upload got published.  I appreciate that.  

However; no-one contacted me to say what changed, so I expect the next upload 
will face similar issues and the request for help still stands.
