Boost needs help

Hi Steve,

yes, I realized about that. But I answered your email proposing and asking 
some questions that you didn't answered.

One bug just needs a repack with dfsg sufix and deleting/replacing the files. 
I cannot send you a patch about this (or don't know how to do it).

The other one, I asked what to do? Just including the sources in the dfsg? 
Just adding a note in the debian directory?
