it's a serious. Please, Jochen, could you patch it in upstream?

Anyway, there's a new version of pcl 1.7.2-2 in:

https://mentors.debian.net/package/pcl

This new version solved the bug installing that files in:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/cmake/pcl/

following fhs and multiarch. I have followed the same method that other 
package (sdformat)

Please, Nobuhiro, or also Jakub, could sponsor this package and upload it 
again? I'm not DD. 

I think that in a few hours will be the deadline to have this package in 
testing.
