Bug#1025307: yosys mips64el build failure (fix)

Hi Scott,

While mips64el was indeed fix it looks like now we have failures on armhf
instead, which was working before the patch.

I've patched the test driver to print some more debug output and it looks
like berkeley-abc is failing with SIGBUS on a number of tests. I tried to
reproduce this in an armhf VM but it doesn't seem to reproduce there. I
don't think it's a transient issue on the buildds either since -4 and -5
both failed the same way on different hosts.

Got any ideas?
