That last sucessful armhf build was on 14/11/2022 which was just before
you added the following changes to berkeley-abc:

Date: Wed, 16 Nov 2022 22:10:46 +0100
Source: berkeley-abc
Architecture: source
Version: 1.01+20221019git70cb339+dfsg-2
Distribution: unstable
Urgency: medium
Maintainer: Debian Science Maintainers
<debian-science-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org>
Changed-By: Daniel Gröber <dxld at darkboxed.org>
Changes:
 berkeley-abc (1.01+20221019git70cb339+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * Add myself to Uploaders
   * Try to fix reproducibility on armhf

Maybe that armhf patch needs to be reverted?

Cheers,
Scott
