librsl upstream version 1.50 removed the need to change the build dependency from flex to flex-old. librsl package version 1.50-1 keeps flex as a build-dep and built successfully with flex >= 2.6 after applying a new patch. This bug should be closed after uploading 1.50-1 to debian (currently in salsa only).
