Dear Colleague,
As you are probably aware, projects funded under H2020 are subject to EC surveillance for five years after completion, meaning projects that ended in 2018 and 2019 are now receiving Letters of Announcement (LoAs) for upcoming audits.
At the same time, the simplified audit and control system introduced under the new programming period makes it of utmost importance to understand all novelties before starting your next Horizon Europe project.
We have repeatedly observed administrative and financial penalties imposed on projects of considerable size due to the detection of entirely preventable mistakes. Therefore, we have collaborated with former Auditors of the EC to develop a unique course on "Financial Administration & Auditing Preparation for E.C. Funded Projects".
The last course for this year is planned to take place in London between 8 and 9 December 2022 at Hilton London Tower Bridge. Upon registration and confirmation of participation, you will receive a list of available hotels near the venue, instructions to reach the location by public transport, and links to official government websites providing up-to-date information on COVID-19 entry requirements and measures.
Our upcoming scheduled course dates are as follows:
• 19-20 January 2023, Online
• 16-17 February 2023, Online
• 16-17 March 2023, Vienna
• 13-14 April 2023, Brussels
• 25-26 May 2023, Lisbon
• 15-16 June 2023, Athens
As seats for most of the above dates are currently limited, to participate in one of these sessions and any other of our Upcoming Courses, you may reserve your seat online at your earliest convenience or come back to me and I will be more than happy to prepare your enrolment.
For any further information or details, please feel free to contact me.
Best regards,
Camille Herbert
