The package epics-base build failed on arch riscv64.The crucial buildd log

My solution to this issue:
Add riscv64 support for this package. I have completed the development of
the patch for supporting the riscv64 architecture.I have tested this patch
on local, and it works well.The debdiff patch is in the attachment.Please
let me know wheather this sotution can be accepted.
