mpicc and RPATH

Hello, I am preparing the new bitshuffle package and during the lintian test I get this error message.

E: bitshuffle: custom-library-search-path RUNPATH /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openmpi/lib [usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/bitshuffle/ext.cpython-312-x86_64-linux-gnu.so]

Is it normal and should I add a lintian override or this is an issue ?

the CC used during the packaging is mpicc
