I was under the impression that it would be #1085509, supposed
to be resolved by openmpi 5.0.5-6 in unstable.  I ran a rebuild
of phyml, which is affected by said lintian errors, against the
latest openmpi 5.0.5-6 in unstable, but I kept hitting:

	E: phyml: custom-library-search-path RUNPATH /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/openmpi/lib [usr/bin/phyml-mpi]

So it looks like there is still a missing bit to get the issue
actually resolved.  I'm reopening the issue to put it back on
the radar.
