Bug#1091771: Follow-up on Y14.5 font license for Debian and FreeCAD packaging

I am Peter Kanold, the author of the Y14.5-2018 font that's used by
FreeCAD. I have dedicated the Y14.5-2018 font to the public domain using
the CC0 1.0 mark.

My intent is that this font should be free to use, modify, and redistribute
for all personal and commercial uses.
