If you consider scikit-learn ready, then we're justr about ready to 
begin the scipy upgrade.
lmfit-py is failing tests, but I filed bug #1118038 for it.

The last thing I'd prefer to see resolved first is migration of 
python-cffi 2.0.0-2,
since it's blocking successful testing of a number of packages in 
testing.
It's blocked by swift, I filed bug #1118344.
