I'm tracking the scikit-learn related autopkgtest regressions in reverse 
dependencies with the "scikit-learn-1.7" usertag [1]; they are all 
team-maintained by the Science, Python, and Med Team.

I would prefer to give their uploaders another week or so to fix the 
packages themselves before I start doing team uploads, but IMO that does 
not preclude us from starting the transition.
