Current Salsa statsmodels is *probably* good, but is currently waiting 
for the CI to run.  (The red 'build i386' is expected: Salsa CI also 
tries to build the arch:all part there, buildds don't.)  If it passes, I 
expect to upload it and rpy2 tonight.
